Complaint Review: Neulifg

 I was enjoying my day relaxing on my computer. The Amazon Prime pop-up ad said win a free prize. "Crack the Egg" .Prize was a bottle of Neuliftskin anti aging $80 value for just $4.95 shipping .So I did. First thing my bank account was hit two times for charges neither being for $4.95. It was a total of close to $12.00. l said that's not right and I waited to if the product would even come. I figured what the heck.

The product came and there was almost no product hardly just nice looking bottles. I chalked it up for being stupid for even ordering. Only lost $12 bucks and I'll benever answer another pop-up !!! Ever ! Two weeks later I was charged on my bank account two separate charges $85 and $89 bucks. Just luckily had the money in my account to cover them and normally wouldn't have. That would have been another hit that I couldn't weathered with my bill checks bouncing. I was freaking out. I went to the bank next morning they called the number given and company said because I had not cancelled order within 14 days I had entered an auto generated contract and was on the hook! Never saw that information. Only Free Prize ! What a gimmick. Their only solution they would consider was return 30% of my money about $60 bucks and they keep $125 bucks. There was nothing I could do so I agreed .money hasn't hit my account yet but we will see.

They gave me canceled account numbers and I was livid. Next day I remembered I had only ordered one product not two as charged so I called the company . I told them I didn't order the second bottle so I shouldn't have to pay for it. They said once the account was closed there was nothing they could do. Great company Huh ?Remember that name. Neulift !
