After attending a free dinner and presentation on low level bio lights, I decided to give it a try for my restless leg syndrome. I felt comfortable doing this because the contract states if there is no improvement after four months, my money would be refunded.

After using the lights as directed for 5 months, my legs did not improve. I wrote Neuro Advance, asking for the refund that is guaranteed in the contract. They responded that they would not give me my money back, not because I didnt use the lights for two hours a day as instructed, but because I apparently missed three coaching calls during the five month period. I looked at my records. I returned every single phone call and they did not call me back. I had two other phone appointments with Neuro Advance and they failed to call me. 

Refusing to refund my money due to a telephone call is a deceptive business practice. I was completely in compliance with all their instructions, and used these lights in accordance with their direction. The fact that I may or may not have missed a telephone call is not a good reason to refuse a refund for a product that did not work. I am going to file in Small Claims court and let a judge decide if I am due my money back. I believe Neuro Advance uses these minor technicalities to rip people off.
