Complaint Review: Neuro Advance

I was hired by Corey Henderson and Dr. Kevin Brown to sell light theraphy systems. The light system works, but the owners did not follow through on the guarantees they offered or customer service they promised. 

I represented this company proudly until I learned first hand how dishonest these two are. They opened a clinic in OK and then dropped Neuro Advance and changed the company name again ( it was Neuro Revive originally) in order to dodge the consequences of their business obligations - no more support for Neuro Advance customers, no communication period. 

What a shame! The lights WORK - not for everyone - but when you offer a guarantee, you have to honor it. You don't change your business name and shrug your shoulders and move on. These two are dishonest and poor business people who do not have the integrity to stand by their promises or their guarantees.

I hope that this review helps you if you bought a light system from them and haven't been able to reach them. Those of us who traveled around the country promoting this system truly beleived in it. This is not a failing of the product, it is a failing of these two men to be honest and live up to their obligations.

If you have been disappointed in the system you bought, now you have a way to reach them directly. And if you are considering doing business with them, think again.
