I clicked on an add that said free samples for women only. I recieved a email from neurogize offering a free sample of their energy supplement. I ordered the sample and gave them my bank information to pay for the shipping of the sample only. After I ordered the sample I immediately called them to cancel any future subscription with their company.

Two months later I have a debit on my bank account for $74.98. I immediately call them asking why this happened. They refused to credit the money back into my account. Stateing I had authorized this transaction and they had shipped me an order the previous saturday. They have no record of my cancelation phone call.

When I asked about getting a credit to my account they stated I had to return the product I have not yet recieved then two to three days after they receive the returned product they would credit my account.

Well I dont know about every one else but I am a working woman and I cannot afford to have money caught up in this manner. I have bills that need to be paid with that money.

I am very upset and these companys that do business in this manner should be made to stop this type of poor business practice. With the economy the way it is we american citizens do not need this attack on our finances.

If you have a ligitimate business you should rely on the product you supply to sell itself not try to trick people into a contract that they do not want or need or cant afford. If i had wanted to order more than a free sample I would have done so.
