It started on March 26, 2017. After a 2 week trailwith only 5 stocks to use the software seems ok.

You are given 30 days to evalute the software. It didn't take me that long to know that I wanted my money back.

The videos are vigue and do show you how to use the software. By the time that you do the 30 days are over. But I asked for a refund, the subject is ignored it and told me that I didn't watch the videos. 

He came in on teamveiwer to patch the software, but it never function correctly.

All the whilemakeother offers on his other software to purchase.

I will be filing an complaint with the Texas Attorney General's office.

But don't get fooled by this guy. His software doesn't work

As indicated before, the owner was on vacation. But because if reporting here he took time off his vacation to fix the problem. The software is now reinstalled and working. If I know how to close the case I would do it when I have time. Everything I post was correct, but now everything is fine.

I never pushed for a refund, hoping that the program works. Now as per instructions delete the programs. Reinstall the program and the program key doesn't work. I'm not the only person who filed a complaint http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/specific_search/Neuromaster

The evidence are as below

Before running the program, please do the following:

1. right click on program icon
2. select PROPERTIES menu item
3. go to COMPATIBILITY tab
4. check RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR box
5. click OK
6. run the software

Also please confirm you are using the latest build, which is 05182017.

So what is the problem? Based on the screenshots, all is fine, and the data range is 5/23/2016-5/22/2017, and that's because you turned off intraday bar, otherwise there would be one more bar for today,

Look at the top of the chart with dates range..

So once again, what is the problem?

Did you download the latest build following the update message that was sent to everyone today?

The copy below:

There was new build for Stock Neuromaster released today, with a few
bugs fixed.

First was error message when you are trying to open up the saved model,
saying something like '78.025 is not valid integer value'.

Second was error when trying to update model with intraday bar turned
on, saying '"" is not valid integer value'.

Both were the results of these recent Yahoo data feeds formats
changed, but they are now fixed and the latest build (05302017) is
much more stable and working smoothly.

Please download the latest build from:

http://neuromastersoftware.com/stockneuromaster_special/thankyou_34_05302017/

Just install it over the previous one. It is RECOMMENDED to use 'Clean
Database' command from File menu to delete all previous corrupted
models to make sure the new ones are not mixed up with them, as the
old modes can still generate error messages being incompatible with
the new data format.

Please let me know if you will have any issue with installing or
reactivating it.

I uninstalled the 3.4 by erasing the files as the uninstall doesn't work. I reinstall and uncheck create an icon. Open the old version and the new version isn't there. The new version is in the program menu, but doesn't work. Also note that I have windows 10. This is getting old. The software never worked. I think you should refund the moneyand be done

2. you dont follow the instructions
3. uninstall all versions from Uninstall menu in control panel.

5. do these 5 steps before running program
6. go to File/Clean Database and select Erase everything
7. close the program
8. reopen the program.
9. nobody else has so many questions and issues like you. everyone is happy and the software is running just fine. so it's not the software.
10. i'm out of town for the next 2 weeks and WILL NOT be responding to any emails, being on vacation without internet access.

Can you please explain?

There is no difference between 3.3 old build and 3.3 new build, except the data downloading module. They
are functioning identically.

It seems that you were running incorrect report or did the random check of wrong models that are not in the report.

Without the screenshots, it's impossible to do the investigation and make any remarks, sorry.

Please provide with the details and screenshots demonstrating the issue you are having, and i would be happy
to help you.

The videos doesn't show how the report converts to charts like Stock Alerts did. I random check the stocks and they are not even signals for 04'/19. It's for another day. I don't even know how many stocks it selected out of 429 stocks. The old program delivered 4 or 5 stocks that was going to buy. It was great. This is terrible. Over 19 days and the thing is useless. Too much work and waste of money and my time. Here is a picture of the useless report.

I reload the new model, update to yesterday data. Went from December to yesterday for the data so the learning would be quicker. I ran the next day symbols 5 times and never got a report. I have attached the only error message. I get this when I open the program.

You need to create the models first, then learn them. And only after that-run the report to generate the signals.
Or open model one by one to see the signals for each of them manually, on the screen.

We have set up 2 remote desktop control sessions, 30 minues each, and during this session we figured out
that everything was working just fine.

So now, what kind of issues you are having now?

After the session, reload new model. Then learned it.

Had an error shown, then did what you said. I  also deleted stocks in the letter l as I didn't see the file.

Turned the computer off and restart.

Run update and run report. 

No report.

If the program came with a manual I would not need technical support or the program so difficult to navigate or figure out on my own. It's doesn't have very many menus, so you don't get lost, just can't do very much without being a programmer.

The Master doesn't go beyond 3/24/2017. All the symbols have a date of 3 27 2107. I imported the symbols that date.

Which stock are you referring to? I have just created the model for AAPL, and it is showing the data up to April 6th, 2017, which is today.

Did not you forget to UPDATE your models? There is the UPDATE button on the toolbar, or you can use Batch update to update all models, or Watchlist update to update watchlist.

I go to Batch , then update. I select the symbols to update, all 50. I need to get 1000's, but I just got the program and having bugs with only 50.It didn't update past 04/04/2017 again today.

you need to turn on 'Show Intraday Bar' option in Settings menu. Then it will show the most recent data for current market day.

It seems your model is corrupted. I also can see on the top that the data is for the period of 3/28/17-4/6/17. Not to 4/4/17 like you mentioned.

If you turn on 'show intraday bar' and update the model, it will show period on the top 3/28/17-4/7/17.

Here is how my model for WHLR looks like:

 

See the difference?

Try to recreate the model in single mode from scratch.

Also, zoom in the right portion of the chart to see the last candles. I bet the last one has 4/6/2017 date stamp, you just dont see it because the chart is squeezed and not zoomed in properly.

Joseph,

there is no limit for models, even though i would not recommend to create more than 200 because the processing with them will be pretty slow (updating, learning etc.)
Learning 1 model takes 3 minutes or so. Relearning 200 models would mean 600 minutes to learn them all, or 10 hours of CPU loading to calculate the neural network configuration and optimize it.

The learning is completed. It took a day and a half. Now I have errors messages. The first when I open the program
List index out of bounds. The I go to update in batch and every one of the 434 stocks give a error of downloading fail, possible internet, internet fine. Then when I close the program, I get access address violation as shown below

so thousands of other software tools that have been using it for years, just became non-functional in
a moment.

I'm sorry the screenshot is not explaining anything concerning the issue you are having. I dont see how to determine it, based on single screenshot. 
Could you please once again, explain what is your inquiry, and send the charts screenshots for Apple, and ADP4_12_2017, with whole chart visible, top caption line, and right data window with current recommendation and position details.
Try to run the same report for those 2 models only, WITHOUT UPDATING THEM (so the current today intraday bar will not be added, which may affect on the signal by generating the new one). What are the results in the report?

I ran 4 stocks not the full 429. Even with that AAPL isn't a buy for today. When you go to the chart, it was a buy on April 10, 2017. From the report menu, you have to write down ever symbol and check each chart to see if the signal is correct. On the old Stock Attack, it just listed the stocks, ALL the stocks not just 429, that have a signal for that morning. Maybe it wasn't but it did a great job. This thing doesn't show you in the report menu the results. You can't click on the symbol to look at the chart. It generates 40 signals and you have to write down the symbols from the report and go back to each chart.

you opened up wrong model. I asked to open model with the name "Apple", not "AAPL4_12_2017".

Secondly, where is the chart for AAPL4_12_2017? I cannot say anything without looking at the chart.

Finally, why are you comparing Stock Neuromaster to Stock Assault? It's totally different products, and Stock Assault had the stock screening component that generated the report WITHOUT neural network processing, it was just simple technical analysis MAVE/MACD/BB rule that filtered out the stocks, and it didnt have any forecasting module based on Artificial Intelligence and Neural Networks, it was just simple technical analysis stock screener.
This all is very confusing..

You can't open charts to see if the signal is for tomorrow or like AAPL showed in the previous report it was a signal 10 days ago.
How are you suppose to know from the report which signal is for tomorrow and which signal has already to late to buy.

If its saying the signal date is 4/19/2017, then the signal is generated for that date.

Why you didnt show up the chart for CTWS4_12_2017?? You are sending the reports AND the charts for different models all the time, how can i compare the results in the report and what is shown on the chart if you dont send the chart???

And please, zoom in the last 30 bars so it's clearly visible the last bar and signal.

Also looking at your AAPL chart-you have 4 years of historical period included. This is NOT RECOMMENDED.

Use not more than 2 years of history. By default, use 1 year of history, or even less-8 months. If you use 4 years of history-you need to use larger neural network structure, like 6 neuron layers with 50 neurons in each, to be capable to memorize all the patterns on this 4 years period. But the learning of such a model will take an hour, and i dont think it will produce any better results comparing to 1 year history model with 3 layersx10 neurons in each, or those models that are used by default in simple mode (type 1-5).

What is the reason to use 4 years of data??? Have you seen the basic recommendation on models optimizing, including historical period, when to relearn the model, when to update it, how to use 'show intraday bar' option to avoid confusion with changing signal during the trading day because the intraday bar is changing, etc?

The problem is that when I generate a report I have 40 stocks. How can i see the charts from the report menu.
Nothing in the video what to do after you get the report. 
How do I see the report results.
I left everything in default, so how the time periods come up is unknown. Their is 2 apples. I just erased the one I built which is different than the one in the software default stocks.

Save the report file, and open it in Excel. Then you will be able to look at the report, and open up the models in Neuromaster at the same time to see the charts.

Default parameters can be overwritten if you change them, and they are loaded up next time when you open the program. So i suggest you changed the period to 4 years for one of the models, and then your selection has been used for all other models created after that. Make sure you have 1 year of history selected by default in models creating date

I did NOT mean to open saved file in the NEUROMASTER. I just told to SAVE the report, and OPEN IN NOTEPAD so you can see BOTH REPORT and CHART in NEUROMASTER!

REPORT TO BE OPENED IN NOTEPAD.

And i have no idea what you are talking about by this:

I'm sorry i dont understand what you mean by that.

Are you trading ALL FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY NINE STOCKS at the same time????

The program is designed to give forecasting signals for the stocks you trade, even though it does not have the limitation to the number of stocks to be stored.

But NOBODY is using it to create 1000 stock models. People are using it to trade the stocks they trade.

Keeping in mind how long it took to figure out that there is everything fine with the program and data update, and the models have been updated fine, and you were just claiming that they did not update because the last bar date wasnt shown on the chart due to zooming out (even though THERE IS THE LAST DATE FOR THE MODEL SHOWN AT THE TOP OF THE CHART), and we figured out that you were wrong just because you did not watch the tutorials to get how to zoom in the chart portion to see the bars closely, let me suggest that you are not following the instructions, tutorials and recommendations (FOUR YEARS OF DATA IS NOT THE OPTION TO LOAD UP TO THE MODEL!!! It was told many times in both tutorials and PDF manual!), and therefore, doing something wrong.

So.. For further conversations, please be SPECIFIC with the issue, EXPLAIN it in details, and ATTACH the screenshots, as many as possible to demonstrate what you are talking about. Without these-i am REALLY sorry i'm not sure how i can answer your questions if i dont get them.

Out of 429 stocks, the system is saying that 133 of them you buy tomorrow. I can understand one or two, but not 133. I know if I figure out how to load the charts, it is going to tell me that the buy or sell is in the past.
I watched and made notes on the 2 videos, none of them tell you how to load the report into charts.
I didn't understand the end when it was suppose to talk about the report.

Please. Show me the screenshot showing that the model (MODEL, NOT THE STOCK, IT'S TOTALLY DIFFERENT DEFINITION) is saying BUY or SELL in the report, for TOMORROW, and the chart, zoomed in to the last 30 bars, for the same MODEL (NOT THE STOCK, IT'S DIFFERENT DEFINITION) with the same MODEL NAME that is shown in the MODEL NAME column of the REPORT, so i can check.

I reload the new model, update to yesterday data. Went from December to yesterday for the data so the learning would be quicker. I ran the next day symbols 5 times and never got a report. I have attached the only error message. I get this when I open the program.

The report doesn't generate after doing everything on Friday in email.
Remove lastmodel.ini file from c:\Program Files(x86)\Stock Neuromaster\ folder.

Also, this model that is listed in this file, is corrupted, you need to delete it from models folder, or exclude from batch processing.

Good afternoon!

Due to the changes on Yahoo servers, according to acquisition of Yahoo holding by Verizon,
and closing the deal in June 2017, Yahoo is making changes to meet the deal requirements,
one of those are cancelling free access to historical stock quotes from 3rd party applications,
which carried into effect yesterday.

So, all 3rd party software applications are unable to continue getting access to Yahoo databases and
data servers.

This brought the issues that we are having right now with our software products, including Stock Neuromaster,
Volcone Analyzer, PowerX Analyzer, Neuromaster Ultimate Warrior, and others.

The software tools are unable to receive the data from Yahoo, and are showing error messages due to that fact.

We are working very hard to find the solution and switch to another data source, and are planning to release
new fixed version as soon as possible. Expected ETA is Friday afternoon, May 19th, 2017.

Once the new version is released, i will send you the link to download update for reinstalling the software.

Thank you for understanding and patience, unfortunately there is no quick fix at that moment due to the fact that
Yahoo has locked up the open access to their data.

Joseph Iparaguirre fake review after months of using of the software

Joseph Iparaguirre has purchased the Neuromaster software on March 26th, 2017. After that, we received several DOZENS of emails and support tickets from him for such a trivial things like how to run the software, how to operate with it, etc, even though he has been providing with all video tutorials that explain EVERYTHING that he has been asking about, in details.

He requested dozens of remote desktop control sessions, and has been provided with them each time, and each time our tech. stuff has been able to 'fix the issue' (even though there was NO issues at all) in a minute.

 

He has been using the sofware for 2 months in a row, and has been provided with all the upgraded version once Yahoo data feed has been shut off, and we released urgent fix in a new version of the Neuromaster software to keep THOUSANDS of our customers happy. And they are, and once again, there are thousands of active users that use our software daily, for their trading activity.

The only complaint about 'it never works' was from Joseph Iparaguirre who is not so computer-savvy person i guess. and having problems with everything related to PCs.

After 2 months of software usage, a hundred of emails received from him, dozens of support ticket placed on our supoort desk, and couple of dozens of Teamviewer remote desktop sessions, he finally requested the refund. I told him that there is 30 days of moneyback, and the software is working fine on thousands of computers, and each time our tech stuff logged into his computer, he didnt find any issues and got the software running just fine on his own. So the refund has been declined being out of 30 days period, AND, keeping in mind the software is working just fine on his PC. So there is no reason for refund.

After getting the refund decline, he god mad and wrote this report here.

 

Joseph, after so many hours of time spent on you, your support, remote sessions, hundred of emails replied and all efforts and attempts to help you and keep happy, how fair would it be to write the ripoff report???  And you know you are wrong, every time you addressed the problem to us, we figured out that there is NO PROBLEM at all and it's just your 'misunderstanding' or 'mistake'.

It's just disrespectful behavior from you.
