Neuromaster Software Refusal to honor refund policy and Software that does not work Internet

I purchased Neuromaster 3.2 PRO software in early December, 2015 and the Options add on program at the same time.  I installed the stock program and spent two weeks testing data.  My tests had some strange anamolies, so I requested a refund as I was within the 30 day no questions asked time period.

Neuromaster replied with the "new version" as the "old one had a bug in it" and asked me to continue.  I mentioned I would be glad to retest if they would extend the 30 day period until 1/31/16.  They replied that they would be happy to extend the trial for the next 4-5 weeks.

On 2/1/16, less than 4 weeks later, I contacted them again to ask for an extension to continue testing until 2/19/16.  Again they replied in the affirmative.  I again had unsuccessful test results, so on 2/10/16 I requested a refund for the 2nd time.

They emailed back with more "fixes" to try, to which I replied on 2/11/16  that I would like my money back as promised.  This was followed by another email from them explaining how I must be doing things improperly, to which I again replied on 2/12/16 that I wanted a refund as promised.

I was assured that they would forward my request to the accounting team.  I then contacted my credit card company as I was just within the 60 day period for disputing charges, and disputed the charges for both the original program, which never worked properly, and the option add on that I never used because I didn't need to take more leverage on something that wasn't working.

I then received a threatening email from Neuromaster that I would pay for the chargeback fees to his account as he would deny my refund.  It took over 4 months to resolve, andI had to reach out to the intermediary that told me about the program for assistance.  I did not receive credit for the option add on account as that was "not referenced in my emails to the company within 60 days", and the intermediary was not able to get me that money back.

BUYER BEWARE!  This is a scam program with a scam operator.
