Neutratone I ordered a 'free sample' pay only shipping/handling charges.Today I found they have charged my bank acct 98$$.without my consent Savannah Georgia

I ordered a 1.7 oz. bottle of wrinkle cream.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         It said free sample I need only pay 4.95 for shipping/handling                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 2 weeks later they charged my bank 98.00                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Now they say I have to return the sample in order to get my money back                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   I'm mailing it back tomorrow,in hopes that they put my money back                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         I'll have to alert my bank not to allow these charges in the future
