Complaint Review: neutratone

neutratone i saw on line the add for neutratone for paying shipping only of 4.95 for the sample with all these wonderful things this product was goiing to do for the wrinkles on my 65 year old face.hmmm thought this is a cheap fix got the jar 6 weeks ago and then last week a recieved a larger jar. but i couldn't use the product because when i tried the first jar my face broke out with all these red polka dots like mimi mouses dress oh my gawd. uniondale New York

* i was not expecting anymore of the product thought no big deal i lost 4.95 for lesson learned.but now i get this bigger jar of mimi mouses dress and i called the number on the little card that came with the cream you listen to some plank on a piano for over 5 minutes for the recording to come on and say the wait time is more than five minutes please leave amessage or go to suppot@neutratone.com there is no such email address and no one returns your phone call . how do stop them from sending me anymore product that i a have skin reaction to and stop them from taking 98.00 for this product please help and advise*

i saw an add for this product on t he internet from facebook and decided for the shipping and handling i could try neutratone for 4.95  saw no other offers on the add anywhere and waited for the product to arrive that was going to do wonders for the wrinkles on my 65 year old face without spending an arm and leg   tried to stop their prodcut but the number they give is set up you cannot talk to anyone they don't return phone calls all 12 of them and the web site they give on the phone for customer support does not exihist  can you please help me to stop this ripoff loosing 4.95 for a lesson learned is much better then loosing hundreds of dollarsbecaluse they are shisters  thankyou

I have read the complaint listed here and I do not understand fully what this person is attempting to say but it seems like she is stating that she had a reaction to the product, and thought it was only $4.95.
