If anyone has every received a letter stating that "You are oficially sworn to secrecy, absolutely confidential" don't be retarded and send them the $20.00 that they say they need to "release award information"

As soon as you see someone that wants money to give you money it's a scam, little red light should start going off in your head. Especially when it is addressed to you specifically, not forwarded a few weeks after you move into a new place.

The certificates are being mailed by Lapham, Vargas & Cornell, a Las Vegas-based company that does business under a number of names including Las Vegas Nevada Actionable Award Program and Selective Award Citation Organization America.
