David Stone is Satan in the collection business. He knowingly hurts homeowners, taking a sick sadistic pleasure in their violations of FDCP. NAS creates debt out of thin air composed of exorbitant "legal fee's" once he gets an account. This criminal organization wants to foreclose on your home at any cost! Immediate correspondence from NAS will begin with threat of foreclosure in order to extort you into bankruptcy or better yet foreclosure so he can buy your property at auction. 

Behind a couple hundred bucks on your HOA dues? great! NAS will turn that into several thousands of fee's (to the legal limit) with ridicules frivolous "fee's" in order to lien on your home and begin foreclosure threats (and hopefully action).
