Nevada Chrystal Premium Water ripoff Las Vegas Nevada
refuses to pick up equipment. refuses to schedule appointment, told me if you can run this business any better come on down. they suggested very strongly that if i left the equipment on my patio that it would for sure get stolen. sam the manager to me i was a stupid b***h and that they would fine me 300.00 for the equipment that would for sure be taken. we were charged 43.00 for 2 bottles of water.

This is the first negative comment I've read from a Vegas-based bottled water company... the majority of them are from the girly men in Phoenix who runs that inferior water company, but that's besides the point.
I think you got a raw deal out of a company operated by poorly trained management. I don't know what area of town you live in and how safe it is, but during my time with a different competitor, I rarely had to deal with "stolen equipment". Usually it is left outside in an isolated area if the neighborhood is safe or in a gated community, or left indoors until the sales rep knocks on the door for the equipment.
$43 for two bottles of water? That doesn't sound right at all. Tahoe Springs only charges $6.50 a bottle last I checked.
In short, if you want to try a better company, try Tahoe Springs. Ask for Nina or Amir, and they will give you a better deal.
