I paid $2006.95 to NCH Inc (Nevada Corporate Headquarters) for business credits buildup in November, 2006. IToday is May 2008 and did not used their services and called NCH to refund my money and they simply refused. I would like for them to refund the money immediately. They may send me an RMA label so I can send them their package back to them.

Couple of words of caution when dealing with Messrs Cort Christie (the founder of Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc - he still runs the place) and Derek Rowley should you file this consumer complaint. Cort Christie was one of the parties responsible for the National Audit Defense Network scam and a second scam which involved something called The Phoenix Project out of Tehachapi, California.
These two scams were very pernicious, so much so that Mr. Christie's partner committed suicide after Cort Christie had drained all of the assets out of the NADN company and left his former business partner holding the legal and financial bag. The Phoenix Project was a worse scam. You can imagine with whom you are dealing.
Yours is not the first report of being ripoffed by Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc. and until the State of Nevada and the Department of Treasury move to shut these people down, it will not be the last.
But, I still urge you to file a consumer complaint against the salesman (excuse me, the corporate consultant), Messrs. Chrsitie, Rowley, and Novack (the CEO). I would look into filing a consumer complaint in your home state, as well.
