Nevada Corporate Headquarters REVIEW: Nevada Corporate Headquarters team is dedicated to the best client experience, offering a $100,000 guarantee that corporate veil of client's Nevada corporation will never be pierced.. Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc.âs approach to business focused on providing highest customer satisfaction in industry.
Simply put, I spent over $6,000 over a three year period and received nothing but timely notifications of tax or license fee due notices from not only NCH but also the State of Nevada's Tax and Business Licensing Departments. Nor did I receive any credit building results, as promised by NCH. The end result, dissolution of corporation as of December 2009. Good riddance. Stay away from NCH.

Messrs Cort Christie and Derek Rowley have been running this incorporation scam for years. Nevada Corporate Headquarters and Corporate Service Center are sister companies. Second, Pinnacle Business Coaching has a dubious reputation in Nevada.
What to watch out for is the history of these gentlemen and their formation companies. They have track records; for one, check their criminal track records.
As the economy remains in neutral, more and more people are considering self employment. Business entity formation is a natural outcome, and a necessary one for business success. But, use a real attorney or CPA to perform your formations, dont go Nevada Corporate Headquarters or Corporate Service Center. You want a team around you that not only have ethical standards, but those you can depend on with proper professional qualifications. You need value and service, not slick salesmen.
Messrs. Christie and Rowley do not have the credentials; and, they certainly lack the ethics. The federal criminal complaints against Cort Christie can be easily researched on a yahoo or google search and speak for them.
Many of us who are legitimate business formation and business coaches take offense at Nevada Corporate HQ in Las Vegas and Corporate Service Center in Reno; their lack of professionalism, especially with the lack of credentials of their boilerroom operations sales force, aka corporate consultants are geared solely to up-sell services you do not need.
New business owners need guidance, not upsell. Mr. Rowleys new consulting company, Pinnacle, is upsell.
If Messrs Rowley's or Christie's names are attached to something, stay away, stay very far away. Would you trust someone with the federal rap-sheet that Mr. Christie has? And, when you read, the charges are still pending. Would you trust a person who was involved in the National Audit Defense Network con? The victims in the wake of NADN are numerous and easily researched. Read some of these peoples posts and then tell me whether you want to be associated with Messrs. Rowley and Christie.
Now comes to the veracity of the words of Derek Rowley. Mr. Rowley, on his own linked-in account, implies responsibility for the creation of Limited Liability Limited Partnership. Wrong. The LLLP, for example CNN which is a LLLP, had existed years before Derek Rowley ever heard of the LLLP.
Mr. Rowley also implies that he is responsible for the charging order as an exclusive remedy. Ahem, but, charging orders have existed for sometime now. In fact, a Nevada Charging order is being tried in a Kern County court, as this is being written; Nevada charging orders may be invalidated by a California Court because charging orders as written in Nevada block creditors fair access to be paid.
Lets talk about fees. The fees associated with Mr. Christies and Mr. Rowleys companies are too excessive for a small and micro business to pay. Average upfront charges range from 5,000 to as much as 20,000 dollars. These are funds that can go to operating the business. LLC formation in Nevada, for example should cost no more than 500 dollars for a complete package. I charge 300 dollars for the same service that NCH charges 5,000 + dollars for. Furthermore, the staff at Messrs. Rowleys and Christies companies has no professional qualifications, not even the school of hard knocks. The hard knocks are what Messrs. Rowley and Christie inflict on upstart businesses, such as your own.
I provide the same service for a fraction of the cost, scalable to your current reality. My differences are experience and a formal education. First and foremost, I have the credentials and qualification; the proper blend of education and experience new business owners need to set up and move your business forward. Second, I have a record of success; third, no criminal record. Fourth, I can guide you through not only federal tax, but the increasing maze of state and local tax so that you pay no more than you are required to by law; I will keep you in compliance so that in a couple of years, the IRS or, even worse, your state and local tax agencies do not come pounding on your doors. This was certainly the experience of the victims of Mr. Christies National Audit Defense Network; most will owe back taxes and penalties for the rest of their lives.
Of course, Im going to toot my own horn, but, unlike Mr. Christie, for example, I have a real and legitimate horn to play ditties on.

Report the conmen

I am a Ventura County attorney in California. Since you have had trouble with Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc., and you are one of thousands, may I recommend first a complaint filed with your own state Attorney General's office. Follow this complaint up with the Nevada Attorney General. An FBI report filed is in order and a Department of Justice and Department of Treasury Report.
You will not necessarily get your money back for the fradulent services, but you can help to close these conmen up and see their day in prison. Do not take the law into your own hands. Hire and attorney and file a complaint.
