Thousands of Nevada homeowners have been victimized by homeowner association (HOA) fraud schemes involving public corruption, whereby, HOAs fraudulently extort and foreclose on victims homes. In Nevada, HOAs are illegally, non-judicially foreclosing on homeowners in advance of the banks, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac. Nevada HOA foreclosure fraud not only affects homeowner victims, but also adversely impact the banks, federally-subsidized lenders (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA) and, ultimately, U.S. Taxpayers!

There are massive FBI investigations throughout Nevadabut, where does it leave homeless HOA fraud victims whose homes were fraudulently foreclosed, retirements and rental income stolen?
