Nevada Registered Agent Services - Jay Sherman Using Another Company's Name!!! Not the Real Nevada Registered Agents!! Reno Nevada
This company "Nevada Registered Agent Services LLC" aka Jay Sherman is fraudently using another company's name: Nevada Registered Agents. They are using the name to do business and giving the name out to unhappy customers, thus damaging the reputation of the REAL Nevada Registered Agents. They aslo have the name on their webpage as the site title, the page name and on a fake copywrite.
This company has been advised to cease and desist with the fraudulent use of the company name. They have been reported to the Secretery of State of Nevada on several occassions for misfiling clients' articles and will be once again for this blatant fraud.

There is nothing wrong with them referring to themselves by their official company name as registered in Nevada's corporation registry. There are about 40 companies in Nevada that have a name similar to yours. That's mainly because your name is not very creative and wouldn't qualify for trademark protection because it is merely descriptive. Any Nevada registered agent would have to refer to themselves as such; you don't have a monopoly on that term. Their website seems to consistently use their legal company name (without the 's' at the end), and they even filed a trademark registration with the state. If you want a strong trademark that you can actually defend, you need to be a lot more creative.
