Paul Stegemann is an embarasment to the company. I'm personally tired of his personal issues circulating around the office. He would not have these problems if he did not take his social conquest to the work place where they are inappropriate in the first place.
Not all of us are giving you a free pass, Paul.
He's embarassing. He cant sell, he can't manage, he acts like a goof ball and he's rude to my customers.

The company makes it's sales people memorize rebuttals to buyers objections. The rebuttals are meant to strong arm the consumer into purchasing their products. They do not deliver on the back end. Have you not seen the rebuttals already posted?
As for Paul Stegemann, my experience has been that he will do ANYTHING to make a buck, including telling people lies. If you want to do business with people like this then its your money that will be lost, not mine.

You're clearly an employee.....I'm a consumer considering using your company and purchasing your services. Will your report affect the results of my purchase? Does the Company Perform on their promises?
Also, will Paul Stegemann's behavior affect my situation?
