never had it so bad Cross Country Bank Rip off

WE THOUGHT CROSSCOUNTRY WAS A GOOD BANK TO DEAL WITH UNTIL WE GOT OUR FIRST STATEMENT.THEY CHARGED US TO MUCH FOR OPENING AN ACCOUNT.THEN WE REALIZED THAT WE HAD TO PAY TO CALL THEM AT CUSTOMER SERVICE,THEY HAD ME ON THE PHONE RIGHT AT 30-40min.PUTTING ME ON HOLD.

THEY THEN CHARGED US .50 EVERYTIME WE ACCESSED OUR ACCOUNT IMFORMATION.THE REPRESENTATIVES KEPT SWITCHING ME FROM ONE REPRESENTATIVE TO THE OTHER.

ONE WOULD TELL ME ONE THING AND THE OTHER SOMETHING ELSE NO ONE KNEW WHAT TO SAY TO MY QUESTIONS.

I THEN ASKED THEM TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD HAVE TO BE CLOSED AND IT WOULD GO AGAINST MY CREDIT THAT I TRIED SO HARD TO KEEP IN GOOD STANDING.

I WROTE THERE HEAD OFFICE AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT IT WOULDN'T GO AGAINST MY CREDIT.

I HAD TO LEAVE THE ACCOUNT OPEN SO THAT IT WOULDN'T.AM JUST WAITING FOR THEM TO BE SUED!I LOST MY CARD THEY CHARGED ME 35.00 FOR ANEW ONE AND A OVER THE LIMIT FEE BECAUSE IT PUT ME OVER THE LIMIT.

WHEN I ASKED THEM WHERE WAS THAT WRITTEN IN MY CONTRACT THEY GOT SMART AND HUNG UP.

I CALLED BACK ,(I LEARNED TO GET A CALLING CARD WHEN CALLING THEM)THE SAME REPRESEN.

SWITCHED ME OVER TO ANOTHER I HATE THIS COMPANY.

I HATE I GOT MIXED UP WITH THEM!I TELL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THIS COMPANY WHEN THEY GET OFFERS IN THE MAIL.

THEY DONT HELP REBUILD THEY DO MORE HARM THEN GOOD.
