The starter kit for permanent hair removal is advertised as 30 money back guaranteed if not completely satisfied. The kit does not work at all. The whole thing is a scam.
I returned the kit within 10 days and waited patiently for my refund. I have the UPS confirmation of delivery to their warehouse.

I contacted their customer service throught e-mail and received no reply. I called their 800 number and left my name numerous times and no one called me back. Not once did a human being ever answer the phone.

I reported them to the better business bureau of New Jersey and the had moved from the address reported on their webpage and left no forwarding address. I have called the better business bureau and given them the warehouse address but I expect nothing will come of it.
I feel foolish that I fell for their claims and believed their money back guarantee. How businesses like these continue to operate is beyond me.

A word of advice about Never Shave Again and United Productions: Buyer Beware, they are a scam.

This same exact thing happened to me. I, too waited the required 3 week period for my refund, but never received it.I e-mailed countless times and called and left several message on their "only-automated" phone line, never to hear a response. If you paid by credit card or by your debit card, you may be able to file a claim through them to get your money back. I paid with my debit card, and my bank was able to replace the funds for me. Hopefully you will be as fortunate.
