DO NOT COMMENCE BUSINESS WITH THIS MORALLY CORRUPT COMPANY!! Where do I start? Well first all the owners of this company JD Haslup, Patricia Toro and Frank Toro use to work for a company called Hormone Logics. These 3 conspired and stole all the patient database (HIPAA Violation), stole furniture and computers, paid themselves money they were not authorized to them. They have been working for Hormone Logics for many years and within the past 3 months have slowly diverted patients to their new company New Age Health and Wellness (8401 Lake Worth Road #242, Lake Worth, FL 33467). They have also been telling patients that Hormone Logics was shutting down. Hormone Logics has been in business within the same location for over 13 years and is nowhere close to shutting down. These 3 has taken GREED to a whole different level. The owner of Hormone Logics has done whatever he could do to give these 3 a great career and quality of life. Prior to coming to work at Hormone Logics they had nothing. Sadly these people would try and hurt a business that has gave them so much in life. Doing business with this company you will be condoning this type of shady business tactics.

It has been brought to my attention that the staff at Hormone Logics, my former employer has stated things that are not true and are simply allegation from anger. Instead of trying to bad mouth their staff or poor business choices, I will just advise that the top reason for choosing to resign from that employer is the lack of properly licensed medical staff and the lack of communication between the client and the prescribing doctor.
I implore anyone with further questions concerns regarding the emotionally distressed false complaints to please call me directly and so I can be 100 percent transparent with how each company is ran so you have a clear and honest opinion. Even with all the negative allegations, I still wish the company the best in the future endeavors. Direct line to the company is 1-866-921-8779.
Please note that public record showa how long that company has been in business. 13 years ago is a far stretch. This lie might shed some light on the truth of there allegations. Please see the attached file. This will also show the statements of the current employee calling clients showing his 10 years of emplyoment is simply not possible.
