New Age Skin Care billed my credit card even though I cancelled within 14 day trial via email Tempe Arizona

sample item sent 1/10/18 billed $6.97. Packing list states "Please call us Monday-Friday 7am-4pm Pacific time US at 1-800-640-3456 or Email us at CustomerService@NewAgeskin.care" The next line states "In order to find out how the trial works or to cancel this trial please call Customer Service within the 14 day trial period. Since it was after hours, I sent an email cancelling my order on 01/15/18 and did not receive a receive a response. Forgot about it until three days after, no response from New Age therefore resent an email to customer service on 01/18/18 and never received a response. When I looked over my charge card statement, I was charged from New Age for $79.31 on 01/25/18. I sent a dispute to my bank and will forward my documentation to them and CALL new age tomorrow.
