New Bath LLC NewBath Max Home MAXhome LOST 16,000 Houston, Texas
Paid 16,000.00 for one of them walkin tubs like you see on tv. The tub dont drain right and I have no water pressure. I have called and called and have spoke to several people and they have done nothing. Everytime they send out a service person they never fix my problem and say its my house thats the problem not them. There people have no knowledge of plumbing or there products. They had no problem taking my money but wont fix anything. They told me lifetime warranty yet never do anything. I called the salesman and the Manager in Houston. Both of them told me they cant help me. They even said they would charge me a service charge to come out anymore. Thats not what I was told when I paid them there 16,000.00. I am retired and have bad knees and a bad back and is why I bought this tub for. I cant use it and they wont fix it .Those people wont help me and I am tired of calling to be told nothing. I just want my old tub back . At least it drained and had water pressure. Now I have a 16,000.00 tub thats just for looks. Dont ever buy from them. Shop around and get the companys plumber to check your house first. I wish I had. They dont even have any good employees eveyone that has come to me or I talk to is rude.

To resolve the difficulty with the walk in tub, please call their Master Plumber's direct phone number and talk with him directly about the issues that are causing the tub to be unusable. The Master Plumber New Bath referred me to was Kevin Finch at 504-234-3487. I believe he is their Master Plumber for Texas and Louisiana.
