Complaint Review: New Brilliance

I thought I was being cautious looking for loopholes of being scammed. Nowhere was it written or made clear that I had 14 days to decide if I liked this product before being charged the ridiculous amounts of $85.97 for the non-working eye serum and 89.97 for the small amount of average working skin serum with a broken lid. Had I known I certainly would have returned it. Also it was not clear that they would keep sending it every month at that price. Luckily I saw the charge before that happened. They refused to refund my money and still tried to get me to stay a customer at a reduced price of 60% off. I feel so ripped off that they can hide these facts from the consumer and legally get away with so much money. Not even on the Email announcing my shipment was there an alert of their shady 14-day return scam. I have not been scammed like this in 15 years, lesson re-learned.
