In an earlier report I echoed the comments of others who have been ripped off by this scam. I have since read the terms and conditions agreed to when sending for that "free sample-pay shipping only"offer. No one reads that leaglize prior to purchase, but this scam is the reason you should. By sending for this sample and providing your credit/debit card number you have agreed to:
Pay around $85.00 for the sample after 14 days begining 2 days after submitting the form. Given that it takes around 5 to 7 days for shipping, you have only about a week, or less, to cancel your order. Good luck finding a phone number.
You have agreed to purchase more of the product avery month thereafter for around $95.00 unless you call and cancel. Good luck finding a phone number.
You have waived your right to a trial and have agree to arbitration in the state in which the purchase is made. So if you live in the mid west you must travel to Portland Oregon (or where ever you made the purchase) to seek justice.This also makes a class action lawsuit difficult. Who in their right mind would spend thousands to collect around one hunded?
You agree to a re-stocking charge should you recieve the product and decide to return it.This includes your "free sample". You will have to pay for the return shipping.
