We have worked our Butts off, working for New Clean Solutions. we have been promised payment at a weekly bases. but we have not Received anything like what they have promised, i have worked for nearly 2 to 3 months and have been paid all up $400. they were supposed to pay every week but its always another excuse why its not in there. they have blamed the banks and computers for these errors. we have been working 18 hour days 7 days a week only to have no money only excuses for why we haven't been payed. we are hoping you can put this story out there so it wont happen to other innocent people from this so called legitament company

I wrote to another complaint a minute ago when I was searching online for contact details for New Clean Solutions to put on my resume as I'm an ex-employee.

I worked for Newclean solutions for Brett about 3-4 years ago and I didn't get anything like this if any case he was one of my favorite bosses I've had.

Meeting sales targets meant you got a good pay. Not meeting them like almost every other door -to-door sales job meant you didn't get much. If you worked hard and listened to their lessons on sales you could do well. I never got such good training in sales as I did working for New clean solutions. I was well prepared and had a passion for the product.

My wife and myself worked for Brett and he always had generous incentives if certain quotas were met or top of sales for the day or week. I never had a problem with being payed and on about 2 occasions even got a small advance on some to help out.

The most memorable thing was as a reward / engagement present to my wife and I for our sales efforts. Brett gave us a $500 dollar to our wedding dress as we were engaged when working there. I think that's a pretty generous gesture on his part. He could have just given us a pat on the back and a job well done.

This complaint has been fabricated, the content is not a true reflection of the relationship between NewClean and Independent Business Agents, the writer has misrepresented themselves and the situation. We ask that the writer contact our office and publicly renege on this complaint.

NewClean Solutions we ask that they check their claims to ensure money is outstanding and contact our office. Upon contacting our office we will investigate ALL claims for money outstanding and swiftly pay everything that is owed under the Independent Business Agent Agreement. Please call us so we can rectify any issues.

We have changed our income structures for people who start in the business. Previous structures have been focused upon commissions for installs, however the new structure rewards Independent Agent's for attendance as well as performance, giving more people the confidence to commence working in sales even if they don't have previous training in the field. As Independent Business Agents you are able to work on established teams or choose to work independently, choosing your own legal method of sale, hours and territory of work, Independent Agents can choose to lease equipment or purchase equipment for use whilst working.

At this stage we would request that the writer of the complaint provide evidence that money is outstanding to them and evidence that the money has not been paid upon receiving this we will make immediate payment for anything that is outstanding and will request that this complaint is updated to reflect this.

We have attempted to sign up to the Corporate Advocacy Program on 3 occasions so we can attempt to resolve any issues and also remove hoax complaints. However we have not had any contact from this website as has been promised.

i am the person philfy who is still working for this company and i have no problems with them at all so the individuale who has used my name to place these comments should come forward and name them selves as what you have done is against the law
