I bought a 2002 Passat Volkswagon and have nothing but trouble!

The car arrived with a dent in it. Then the rear windshield wiper broke off. When the engine malfunction light came on it took two days for their roadside assistance to come and tow the car away. When it finally arrived and I aske for a loaner, they said we don't give out loaners!

The kicker was that a coil needed to be replaced, and while in their possession a recall was issued, but they didn't give it to me while they had the car. I had to theaten legal action before anything was done. They promised that they would fix all the coils and that I now feel is questionable.

Thrusday I got in the car and the radio was dead. Friday they had to replace the entire radio system. Todat I get in and again the malfunction light is on! I've had the car only a year. I truley hate this car!
