New Egg Scamming Customers with Shipping Policy Whittier California

I ordered a digital video surveillance camera from New Egg and along with it 2-day shipping service via UPS. New Egg farmed this out to one of their vendors "SpyTech" as apparently they don't stock the item themselves. SpyTech shipped the order via UPS Ground Service even though I specified and paid for 2-day. In the first email exchange New Egg instructed me to settle this with the vendor SpyTech even though I had placed and paid for the order with New Egg. The final email received today tells me that they will use the Group Service, even though I paid extra for 2-day, if it will get the order to me with the 2 business day limit. Of course, this doesn't account for internal delays, order processing time, etc. They have refused to issue a refund for the difference in shipping expense and has subsequently lost another repeat customer.
