New ERA Tickets advertises itself as a full service ticketing company, however, this is what happened to me.

They advertised tickets to a Police Concert at Citizens Bank Park as quote "Hot Seats silver package tickets" and even listed a location as to where these "seats where located" these HOT SEATS turned out to be promotional items that were worth about $6.00 total, they charged me $273.50 for a few buttons and cheap bags, a tremendous ripoff indeed!

When I called these people about this there response was that I should contest it on my credit card, this I am currently in the process of doing, however this requires me to reactivate old email accounts in order to prove to my credit card that I was actually ripped off.

These people are scammers pure and simple, the have the veneer of being legitimate business people but be aware! Anytime that you wish to purchase tickets to an event look for the "New ERA Tickets" name and stay far away from it!

The Hot Seat Package was a special promotional offer put on sale directly by the promoter of this event. The package contained two premium seat tickets to concert and a package of promotional items as determined by the promoter. As the ticketing provider for the event, New Era Tickets, offered this package along with normal ticket sales at the request of the promoter. New Era Tickets did not design the package nor fulfill the package. They provided consumers with a venue in which to buy the package. The contents of the package were clearly explained on the website and over the phone. Many consumers felt the "promotional items" were over priced and chose to seek refunds. The policy of the event which was clearly stated at the time of purchase was no refunds or exchanges.

When a refund is requested New Era Tickets is obligated to follow the policy of the promoter and box office for that event. Consumers who were still upset by the pricing of this package/event were directed to fight the charges with their credit card company because New Era was not authorized to process refunds.
