Complaint Review: New Garage Door Parts

We placed a mail oder accompanied by a personal check($28.00) in August '04. It's a simple request for a "lock handle assembly" and related parts. All ordering info was gathered from the company's website. The check was cashed immediately.

We have since forwarded four(4) e-mail requests for delivery and/or order updates and have received replies. If we e-mail the company via the "Contact Us" link at their website we receive a personalized response; i.e., we actually got an e-mail from "Rich" who is "recovering from a stroke" and one from, I think, "carol". All to no avail! I'm writing this on 11/06/04 and still no parts in the mail!
