Beware of purchasing ANYTHING from New Haven Powersports. I bought a brand new motorcycle that was a lemon. When I asked the what we could do to work this out, they sated: "nothing". So I had to retain an Attorney, and go through the State Lemon law arbitration. I won the arbitration, and my money will be refunded by American Suzuki.

To make a long story short. They had complete diregard for my problems with the bike, and also the road hazards that those problems created. In the beggining I just wanted another bike. They said "no" to that also. Forcing me to excercise CT. Lemon law proceedings.

You can buy a Suzuki anywhere. just stay away from these rotten people. This has been an 8 month ordeal. WHen the problem would have been fixed if they just gave me a bike that wasn't a lemon. They decided to let me sue them, and I won, but it was a pain. I had to trailer the bike 50 miles to the arbitration hearings, as well as, getting a driver to bring it up. There were a lot of out of pocket expences even though I did win the arbitration, and the Suzuki M109R was deemed a lemon. I brought it back 4 times, and each time they told me that it was fixed. It wasn't ever fixed. In fact, when they dropped my bike off for the 4th time it wouldn't even start.

This bike started with 0 miles. This is against the law. A minimum of 10 miles should be put on the bike to make sure that it's in perfect working order. They disrespected me, and my hard earned money since I paid in cash. It took me 2 years to save for that bike, and New haven Powersports made me not even want to own one. They took the fun out of what was supposed to be a fun experience.

"It took me 2 years to save for that bike, and New haven Powersports made me not even want to own one. "

Motorcycles are the biggest source of doner organs.... hence their nickname "donorcycles".

Where does the term "disrespected" come from that is used in the phrase "They disrespected me, and my hard earned money since I paid in cash."
