New Healthy Savings ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Internet

After signing up for a music download, my husbands account was charged from New Healty Savings. The fist charge we thought nothing about because we were expecting money to come out for other issues. The second billing of the same exact amount was charged in December, this cought our attention. My husband called New Healthy Savings to find out what was going on. When he learned that we had accidently signed up for a free trial with them for X amount of days. My husband explainded that this was all a big mistake and he was told that the money would be put back into his account in 13 days. That was on January 13, 2005.

Since then we have spoken with 3 other people each giving a different time amount on when the money would be refunded. We just got off of the phone again, they refuse to give us a phone number to contact billing or a supervisors phone number. They claim that they had the wrong billing information to rufund the money; however, the 2nd person my husband spoke with gave my husband all the correct information. We are told that we can e-mail the supervisor at support@newhealthysavings.com but we can not have a phone number to talk with someone in person. What is wrong with this picture. All we want is the money that is due us... the money they said they would re-emburse.
