You subscribed to a membership to AllGameNetwork.Com at a rate of $1.00 per month. According to the terms, it stated you would be billed $48.00 for four years up-front.

to the New Healthy Savings discount membership program. According to the terms and conditions that you agreed to, if you did not cancel your membership within 30 days, then you are billed at the regular rate of $49.95 per month.****

((Obviously a *Small Print* Scam, recently stopped by the Federal Government pertaining to Publishers Clearing House Tactics))

Since you did not cancel your New Healthy Savings account during your trial period your membership continued at the regular rate of $49.95.

I simply sent an e-mail complaint threatening Legal Action in order to receive the above reply. I will update this comment after alotted time for re-imbursement..as promised in the reply.

After Reuesting and Reviewing thier website, the company still fails to identify where they are located. They give no physical address of business operations.
