I, like many others that have posts on here, have been victimized by New Healthy Savings.
They have used my credit card number to bill me three times for $79.95. I vaguely remember going to their site and inquiring about their unlimited music downloads for one dollar a month. I never heard anything fromt them until my bank statement in april arrived with two charges of $79.95.
I called NHS and was told the music account would be canceled and my money refunded in about ten days....that was over two months ago...
Since that time i have been emailing their support supervisor over and over (support@newhealthysavings.com) as they suggested..
but no response...
I have called their new york office tons of times and always get they same responses: apologies, excuses, and promises to refund the amount in about ten days...IF i would be sure to email the support supervisor
I now believe that there is no support supervisor and everyone I speak with has a fictional name....including senior executive, Rocky Spencer... Senior Executive Rocky Spencer is not senior enough to consider my case urgent, even though he claims it is....
Any corporation i do business with has a billing dept with a phone number...not so NHS....you have no access to your account with them....
I have argued with these people many, many , many times; have sent emai after email....get the same responses on the phone: apologies, excuses, promises.....
Well, obviously (da) this is a scam...anything we can do to suggest any action on these people should be done soon...they will probably take as much as they can, then flea.....cowards
I dont know how they live themselves....stealing like this; well obviously they are internet thugs... I will keep pursuing my refunds.....lets not give up
Cancel your credit card....they can still make refunds to the old number. they love to cancel their product , only to charge you again a month or two later...
by the way, there really is no product...perhaps this is the fraudulent part...they dont deliver music, or any health discounts, just a membership
Dont give up...they'll dig their own grave....

GOOD NEWS!!!!!!! sorry to shout.....
I got my money back from newhealthysavings...I originally had three charges of 79.95....new healthy gave me a credit for one payment after i called often and complained
but i couldnt get them to give back the next two for the longest time....i canceled my card number (after i found out they could still give me credit if they wanted to on that old number)
my bank began looking into the whole mess (look at my story on a previous post)
it took three months, but i literally called them every day; sometimes two or three times a day (use cell with unlimited long distance because its not a 800 #)
spoke with head ripoff man, Rocky Spencer , who gave me endless promises and excuses; spoke with priscilla, also a chief thief.
of course they gave the usual....email the support supervisor
of course, there is no support supervisor folks!!!!
I literally called and screamed at them; demanded my money back; called them rip off thieves....nothing worked....sometimes talked an hour at a time with them, pleading, and yelling...screaming
finally, suddenly on day they transferred me to someone named Todd, who miracuously spoke understandable english...he asked me want i wanted, and i said a money order for $160 and wanted it within two days....
It came in the mail, from all places, Michigan...I cashed it and waited, as advised by my bank, and every thing has been ok since
be sure you tell newhealthy savings to cancel your subsrciption, and to refund your money; ask for rocky spencer, or priscilla and then demand to speak to Todd...
Post back here to see if it works for you. These scumbags have to be stopped....
I may even give ole rocky a call, and plead your case...kind of miss talking to the guy.....
I think the whole operation is run by a few people, posing as a giant corporation....anyway, Todd has the power to refund, and no one else does
