Rich rifkin owe me + dozen others $$$ for time&materials working at New home green learning Center. he owe my friend more than $40 thousand for investment he stole.
Now company is changed and called New Home Alliance
but company was registered by the same person Kim Carty. wife of Rich and she only does small things. rich do everything and everyone knows, so it is all him.
Went to business office and searched records. looks like company registered by wife Kim, so no separation. Just different address, but that is tricky way to claim different business. IRS should investigate:

The information listed in this report is incorrect on a couple of fronts. I, and not Rich Rifkin am the sole officer for New Home Construction, Inc. and therefore, ultimately, the only responsible party. Unfortunately, like so many other construction companies, the financial market crash of 08' brought with it the down fall of my company.
New Home Construction was not able to withstand these outside pressures and in early 09' was forced to close its doors. New Home Construction, Inc and I are not affiliated with New Home Alliance Corp, which is owned by Rich Rifkin.
I am in the process of attempting to negotiate the outstanding debts for New Home Construction and trying to avoid bankruptcy. I sincerely apologize for any outstanding debts and will do my best to repay debts within my means to do so.
