New Hope Loan Modifications Took money from my bank account nothing done Bellmawr new jersey
I am in a bad situation and need help with modifying my home loan. I am currently in default. I received an email from New Hope Loan Modifications, and asked for assistance. Sent copies of tax papers, paystubs and mortgage statements. All 1500 dollars of their "fee" has been taken out of my account and now I can not get anyone to call me back. I am going further in the hole with my mortgage and now have a forecloseure date in JUNE! I have lost valuable time and money and am afraid I am going to lose my house. Help stop these thieves.

Too many people are being scammed by these companies because
THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS LEGAL AND WHAT ISN'T
federal trade commission website has info on HOW TO AVOID BEING SCAMMED.
There is a lot of info on scams on the internet - YOU HAVE TO WILLING TO LOOK
You have to learn to do the research before sending money or giving bank account info - when you do not do that - YOU FAIL YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY
