Person AND organizationis a fraud. He is doing loan modifications and foreclosure services to clients and he is telling people he is an attorney when he is NOT. He is not licensed.
If you ask him he will say he has an office in WPB where a Leonel Plasencia and Associates have offices. They are not associated in any way. BEWARE.
I had a family friend drive over to his offices and there was no answer. He spoke to maintenance man he said that him and his wife and never in office except for once or twice a month. Which explains why he never returns any of my calls. When he does he has a poor attitude and talks in circles to try to satisfy me. Guy is a crook.
Do not sign up with these people. DANGER! DANGER! DANGER!

We have ZERO clients in Massachussettes where this complaint was supposedly filed. Our office buildin g doesn't have a maintanance man to speak of and we have affiliates in WPB but no one by the name Leonel, no affiliation or relation. This complaint was filed by an affiliate company which we terminated ( American Liberty Financial) They are being sued by ex employees, the IRS and now us, we want nothing to do with them and they are taking these actions out of spite. We have warned all our clients of the same and do not hide our identity as they do when filing this complaint. Please feel free to conatct us with any questions or concerns
