Company charged my small business $399 on Sept 29, 2009, for a year-long online computer service this is after my home consultancy has been their client for a couple of years before. All requested info, such as credit card records was FAXED to the company TWICE.

Since then, the company is "unable" to provide service; lost my records; claims that it cannot recover my records despite the fact that I provided a number of customer service numbers and the address/phone: prior customer service numbers assigned were 161027,154671,148109, 143892 The company repeatedly does not answer the phone when called. Supervisors Lawrence, Greg Jean Jacque and Marv were contacted a number of times, but didnt have the courtesy to return phone calls at the requested time.

?n March 24 I provided a faxed credit card statement to Lawrence, to no avail, and today Marv rudely refused to resolve the ongoing issue. Both Lawrence and Marv were extremely rude, including the refusal to provide company address or the name of the president/owner, despite the fact that the information is in public domain. I WASTED AT LEAST 9 HOURS DEALING w/THIS OPERATION. Judging by the behavior of company's representatives and avoidance of communication or disclosure of information, in my opinion it looks like the "lost database" is some kind of a scheme aimed at ripping off customers while taking their money and refusing provide service.

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Sat, September 29, 2012

I am an ex-employee and while the operation did not run as smoothly as it should it was mainly not because of management but of individuals like Marv who did not act professionally and was eventually fired.  NIT has serviced literally thousands of customers and yet there are only 5 or 6 complaints.  Although I quit the company, I did learn that there is always two sides of the stories and most people dont like to admit the other side.   I am not justifying Lawrence's or greg's actions but maybe there as a reason they didnt return your calls.  Something for everyone to think about
