Just like all the other reports. they took my money and has offered no service. This was to have been my second year with them. the first year was good.they gave great service. this next one, none what so ever. they will not answer the phone or return calls. i want my $359.00 dollars back. i paid for service 12/26/2011 with a visa card. i am going to call card co.
