Complaint Review: New Lead

This company is a scam.  DO NOT under ANY circumstances give them ANY money.  They have a minimum order of 20 leads.  They make you pay for the order with a bank account, so you can't dispute it with VISA.  

I drove out to all 8 of appointments that were sent to me.  Not one person wanted final expense life insurance.  Not one person acted like they knew I was coming out to their residence.

They sent me a recording of a call that I tried to dispute, and the caller did not talk to the client about final expense insurance.  The client could barely understand the caller's accent, and the caller just kept pushing for the client to say "yes" to questions like, "Your name is _____, correct?"  "Your address is __________, correct?"  "You understand what we have talked about today, correct?"  The caller did not explain that the call was about final expense insurance, nor did the caller explicitly explain that an in home appointment was being set.  

The people that said "yes" either did not know what was going on or didn't have the mental capacity to ask the caller even one question, like "Where are you calling from?" or "What is this about?"  This company is praying on people who want someone to set life insurance appointments, and they are using shady tactics and elderly people to do it.

The account rep is impossible to deal with.  I don't know if she is a sociopath, or what, but she doesn't directly answer any of my questions.  She does not answer to any request for some kind of refund.  I am not even asking for a refund on the 8 "appointments" that I have received.  I am only now asking for a refund on the remaining 12 that they have not even sent me.
