All the materials I pulled off the internet which I was told to print out by the Representative who resides in California, explains that this company would have your debt eliminated in 60-90 days, possible 120 days. Customers would not need Lawyers or have any worries. The company would take care of everything, and if your credit needs repair after they eliminate your debt, they would also clean the credit up (credit repair)also. It is so much I can't begin to type all the promises. I applied with them in October 2004, and sent all my information and $5,299.95 fee for this service.

By the time December got here, they claim that the system they purchased was not working, so no ones debts would be paid off because they now had to do everything manually. Next thing I know, they were not answering the phones, the mailboxes were full so you could not leave messages. Their so-called Legal (Resolution) Dept was not responding either with a full mailbox. I would send emails and faxes and got no response, and the Representative, Charlew Olsen, in California all of a sudden had a "heart attack" and could not answer calls.

I filed complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau of Florida, and the Federal Reserve Bank. I have also sent New Leaf several emails requesting a full refund of my $5,299.95, and they have not responded yet.

This is a Scam Company, and something needs to be done about it. My credit was good before I applied with them, and now it is ruined and the credit cards have been turned over to Collection Agencies.

Respectfully submitted,

Hell among the yearlings, it is Texino! Hiya hiya hiya! I just flew in from Panama and boy are my arms tired. I went to the dentist and said hey doc I got yellow teeth. The doc says, well get some brown shoes!

Oh yeah. There is a nut job site on the net called Sui Juris and they are pretty high on this New Leaf Associates and these guys at SJ are real big on finding ways to not pay bills. So I got to ask this question of Gloria.

Dear Gloria, if your credit was good, why would you be wanting the services of a debt elimination company who are in the business of using questioable hocus pocus to make your debts vanish?

Please answer this and then maybe I can help you figure something out and maybe not. Either way it's free.

I am just Texino from the Canal CO. We Never Close and anything we do to help people on this site is done at no cost.

See you!
