I was charged $11.89 on my credit card. I did not order anything. Contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. They said I needed to take care of this myself. I called the company and the message said to contact them by email. There is no such email address. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General in Missouri and cancelled my credit card. I don't know how they got my credit card number, but if they have it so could others.
