Just don't do it my word of advice. I know!!! I seek out fraudulent companies and I give them the 3rd degree on phone. 1.Spend money to get card and never get it. 2.spend an extra $300 to secure(basically open as they say) your account & you never will get it. 3.Hometown bank account is ruined and has to go through devastating bull!*%% to recover funds you've lost 4.ENOUGH SAID!!!

Waring People don't do this to yourselves, okay! If you can't get a credit card from your hometoen bank what makes you think you can get one from the New Millennium Bank. Uhhh? They will open soon using the funds that you've sent them to start their business,in a Millennium of years in HELL!!! I never sent any money but as I said before I played the reverse psychology 101 on them and I know the scheme!!!

#21REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, August 24, 2007

As owner and founder of New Millennium Bank, I am surprised by the incoherent claim made by Patrice. You are calling my company a scam!!!! Are you kidding me!!! NMB is a great business based on good principles. We give people credit cards if they put money into our bank to set a credit line. As a favor, I will extend you more time to send us that $300 deposit (or more) and we'll get you a credit card ASAP. You can send a check, money order, or moneygram that for faster service. Please call us if you have any questions.

I apologize for any misunderstanding and look forward to doing business with you.

You need to get a life and not use your many friends and family to help you with the crap you got going on. The drama is with Ken. I merely made a comment and posted it and that indeed was my business. Don't you think? But to drag the posts on and on to no avail is letting the world know you're a worker and/or friends of a worker for the bank NMB. Like I said the people are full of !@#@ and they know it. Enjoy your day!!! LOL

Hello all,

Okay, you guys are kind of scaring me. I had a credit snafu due to my own ignorance. I was advised to get a couple credit cards to begin rebuilding credit. This was more difficult than I anticipated. I finally found a true credit card with Orchard Bank, who has been great. I then went to New Millennium for another. Yes, I knew it was a secured card, I thought they made that pretty clear and it didn't matter to me as it is just a brief period of rebuilding. I haven't seen any fraudulent charges to my bank account. I will say that I get no correspondence from them and I am adament abount checking the website-newmillcc.com- to keep abreast of my account.

Just for the record, Patrice, although John's response is 45 minutes before mine, I did not see his response when I wrote mine, it wasn't posted yet.

I say this cause it sure sounds like I'm trying to plagiarize John lololol. Great minds think alike, what can I say!

Finally!!! A coherent sentence related to the post!!! Patrice FINALLY writes: "NMB needs to just use the term prepaid credit card instead of making people think that it is a credit card that gives you cash and credit without a fee."

Patrice, the only drama I see expressed on here comes in YOUR posts.

Coherence counts for a lot.

The only drama post here is your original one.
And none of your explanations even refer to it and what it means. All we asked was what you are talking about. It is incoherent at best. Who or what is hometown bank is a good example.

You're the one who came to this site-guns ablazin'-like you are some kind of supersleuth saving the world and you're somehow the only one who knows about it.

Well, you're the only one who knows about what you posted because no one can figure it out-which is kind of essential if you are indeed trying to help others.

I assume you haven't read all the past threads, you senseless people...and no I am not the one to pay any funds to aquire such a credit card but I know someone who has.I use american express sorry. No upfront costs did I pay. So next? What will be your reply now? Everyone of you need to grow up because the main issue was about fraud. NMB needs to just use the term prepaid credit card instead of making people think that it is a credit card that gives you cash and credit without a fee.

First off, Ken stating that your post is difficult to follow isn't slander, it's true. Typos or not, the grammar and sentence structure makes it very difficult to understand the nature of your complaint. You say that Ken has replied to other comments about New Millenium Bank. I've looked, he hasn't. He isn't an employee of NMB (as far as I know), just a regular poster on many financial threads.

What is it that happened with NMB that was objectionable? I can tell that you apparently paid $300 for a secured card which you never received, and it sounds like when NMB withdrew the $300 from your bank, it caused an overdraft (I'm guessing that's what "account is ruined" means). Have you contacted NMB? What was their response? Why did you authorize NMB to withdraw $300 from your account when you didn't have the money available?

For anyone who wants to be a smart butt,Ken is a worker for New Millennium Bank and not only has he tried to so call slander my comment but he has done the same thing for other comments about this credit card company. Search and find out for yourself and you will see that he is defending the company. Why is that? Duh. The company is a fraud to whom it may concern. Also as far as typos...anyone can make the mistake of mispelling...this is not a test.

VERY WEIRD!!! Patrice responds that her post sounds fine, and accuses Ken of being an employee. Hmmm. Well, I suppose it DOES sound fine to Patrice, she's the addle brain who wrote it. And how does she infer he is an employee?

No, can't tell what's she up to, other than seeking out fraudulent companies, harassing them, which admittedly is just fine, but doubt it makes any difference whatsoever if she is as incoherent on the phone as she is in writing.

Her remark about the Millenium into hell, or something - I think she was trying to make a play on words of the bank's name? Had this stroke of brilliant insight upon another re-reading of original post, so thought I'd share it lololol. Cause otherwise, yes, huh???

I agree with John. I tried making sense of the post but it was difficult. I don't see what the rip off is. And i'm not sure what business it is that i'm supposed to avoid.

I'm sure whatever happened had the OP very frustrated, but it was not the easiest post to read. The misspelled words didn't make it any easier.

"Sounds fine what Patrice said Ken,lol

I understand the comment that was made why don't you sir. Is it possible that you always leave little remarks to cover the damage that you and your company has done. Seems that is your problem too.Denial Ken is the word.

Patrice - West Point, Mississippi

The comlaint DOES NOT make any sense at all. Why are you answering trying to make it seem you are a different person? What do you mean by: "I seek out fraudulent companies and I give them the 3rd degree on phone."? So what? It doesn't stop them. What does this mean??????

"1.Spend money to get card and never get it."
-->Yes, there are plenty of people here who have. Are you saying that you are now one of them also?

"2.spend an extra $300 to secure(basically open as they say) your account & you never will get it."
-->Are you saying you did this like others?

"3.Hometown bank account is ruined and has to go through devastating bull!*%% to recover funds you've lost 4.ENOUGH SAID!!!"
-->Is hometown the name of a bank or are you referring to a bank you deal with in your hometown? And what do all 3 of these things have to do with each other?

The second paragraph, I don't even know where to begin.....
