Complaint Review: New Millennium Bank

I made the required payment to secure this "FDIC" approved credit card, but never received the card or any related material pertaining to this account. After an enormous amount of time trying to reach customer service, I was told they would re-send the material, which, of course - never arrived.

I asked for a refund from this "double your money back approval guarantee" but was denied. This is a total consumer scam operated by dishonest characters not fit to reside in the USA.
