We were contacted by this company in the spring of 2014, right at a time when we were anxious to promote our company more online than we had previously ever done so.
We were offered what sounded like a very good campaign and we accepted their offer only to be followed by a series of upsells which also sounded to be very reasonable and necessary.
We were promised that artwork would be produced quickly, but delay after delay followed, and after being put off time after time with a string of excuses.
They eventually became totally uncontacable with the phone just ringing out.
Their website and phone lines are still live but no one ever answers messages.
