Please take notice that the Plaintiffs have issued a claim in the High Court of England and Wales for damages and an injunction for defamation and malicious falsehood (Claim No. HQ17M02611) against the unknown person responsible for the above post. After not less than 14 days from the date of the posting of this notice, the Plaintiffs will apply to the Court for an order that the filing of the Particulars of Claim in these proceedings at the High Court on 21 July 2017 should be deemed good service of the proceedings, and that the same should apply to any other statements of case, application notices and other documents in the proceedings thereafter. You have the right to apply to the Court to set aside or vary this Order within 7 days of it being made, and can ask to be served directly with the relevant legal documents, including the Response Pack, by emailing us at Solicitor@openmailbox.org or calling on 0800 612 4834. If there is no contact via the above means, and no acknowledgment of service or defence is received, the Plaintiffs will apply not less than 14 days after the date of deemed service above for default judgment pursuant to CPR rr12.3(1) and 12.4(2) and summary disposal of the case pursuant to section 8 of the Defamation Act 1996.
