Complaint Review: new phila ohio city / goverment

The law enforcement, MAYORS OFFICE, and public waste services harass disabled veterans, small business owners, women, and protect the slumlords who threaten people as well. They will threaten you and try to intimidate you until you are forced to close your business, especially if you have not had your business for more then 5 years. They will threaten you infront of young children (4 and under), they have even threatened pregnant women, and they will try to harass women when their husbands aren't around. The mayors office has a system "you play or you pay", they cater to certain people and businesses that shuffel money to them. The contract bidding they do is not legal. They city sign says it wrong, it currently says "Welcome To Our City", but it should say " Welcome To The Joke City, Prepare To Be Screwed." The mayors office, the police department, and the judges/magistrates should all be investigated. It pretty bad when a judge/magistrate gets pulled over while driving drunk and they get escorted home instead of getting arrested for a DUI like a normal citizen, and even worse that the judges/magistrates can go to the local drug houses and feed their own habits and nothing is ever done about it. The city says they want to take drugs off the street, but the pill box they have for you to drop the drugs/medications off is very small.If you bring in a large amount they tell you they can't handle that big of an amount and that you need to take them home and dispose of them yourself. They would rather you put them out with the trash then to get rid of them themselves.

 They also need to check out our neighboring town of Uhrichsville, Oh. It pretty bad when the Parol Officers there make young ladies work off their time by forcing them into prostitution. And if your a youg lady, DO NOT get pulled over by a male officer if you are driving alone, you will end up in a back alley doing favors, or in jail if you refuse to "perform".
