Complaint Review: New Point Media Group

New Point Media Group They are advertising my home as being for sale - it is NOT for sale - I have asked that it be removed - it is still posted Lawrenceville Georgia

I am currently promoting my home and property as a holiday rental. To my dismay when searching my address - three ads show up onGoogle's first page promoting my property as being for sale. It is NOT for sale. The property is located within a popular tourist destination and we specialize in family reunions and wedding parties. Both of which must book a year in advance.

So needless to say this is very confusing to people who are showing interest in booking our home for their family holidays next summer.

Not to mention a huge problem for me and my reputation as people are put off - they don't know that these ads are phony and that we did not place them.

I have contacted New Point Media Group (whom I beleive are the first posters where others are just mining the data from them) on their site www.therealestatebook.com.

I have communicated my concerns directly to Stuart Christian's office (web server admin contact) and they have aknowledged but so far ad is still listed. It's not rocket science - all they have to do is delete it.  I contacted OVLIX.com (they also listed ad) who immediately removed the post. Another huge issue now all sorts of sites are picking it up...for example now it's listed on mapliv.com... and who knows where else.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

This is costing me dearly.

Still listed but thankfully revised "This listing is not active" I would prefer that it be removed all together, but this will at least stop the confusion for my guests planning to visit next summer.
