I was hired as a dispatcher and and manage the operations my job was to find loads for the 18 so called trucks (un-safe)and work with a Pizza delivery kid who had started working there for 5 months who thought he knew everything about trucking just like the owner who was a real estate agent he started this business about 4 years ago and thinks he knows everything as well
I tried to work with this bunch of know it ALL but was not getting any where so when i gave them my notice Tony the owner did not like it and is holding my pay of about $4500+++
