New Pro's communications Higher return rate of labels provided than the 10% return rate promised by company powell, Ohio
This company sold me "new resident" mailing labels promising a 10% mail return/rejection rate. The return rate is around 15-20% resulting in lost postage, staff resources, paper products. My monthly average is less than the 100 labels per month I purchased, and now I have to contest that amount and request a refund. More hassle with this company.
I also notice many of the names/labels provided are not new residents but investors that will never use my office services because they don't live in the properties. Beware because New Pro is not providing these labels for new residents. These labels are not new customer utility hook up labels or any other type of verified labels that ensure the label is a legitimate new resident.
