New Prospect Marketing - New Prospect Telesales they do not know the definition of terminated or lay-off; lie to get out of having to pay unemployment Internet

I was on my way to work at New Prospect June 8th, 2011 and received a call from Wendy Sumner.  She told me that the accounts that I was calling on had not paid their bills and therefore she had nothing for me to do but would look for hours for me to work in other accounts.

I tried to call her back that night and had to leave a message for Wendy to call me.  I have yet to hear back from her but did receive an email from the President/CEO Ken Wills.

In this email Mr. Wills stated that I had been TERMINATED and therefore did not qualify for my week vacation and did not qualify for unemployment compensation.

In his email he stated that I had been terminated due to poor work performance.  This was never brought to my attention and I even called the client that I supposedly did a poor job for and they said they were satisfied with the work I had done.

I worked at New Prospect for 15 months and I did see this type of behavior done to previous employees.  I had been told that on a scale from 1 to 20 (1 being best 20 worst) they New Prospect's unemployment rate was 17%.

Wendy Sumner spoke with the unemployment office and told them I was terminated due to attendance and poor work performance and said she "couldn't get a hold of my personnel file right then, but would fax the info to them that show where I had been spoken with about this". 

Of course that is a lie and anything she sends in with the above info will be a sure forgery on her part and I will then have to take legal action.

Do not work for this company.  Training is almost non-existant and they will take hours away from employees there and turn around and hire 5 or more new people.  The try to get rid of you before you qualify for unemployment.  Somehow I slipped through ad now they want to lie to get out of paying it.  If I was such a bad employee how did I last for 15 months?

Also, as far as management experience, I have more management experience in my pinky.   To be a manager there all you have to do is be willing to lie for the President and be a yes person.  Wendy Sumner is a glorified telemarketer and that is the only experience she has in management.

Anyone who has been cheated or treated wrong by Continental Sewing please either join my lawsuit or at least share your experience with us so the court will see that my claim is legitimate.  Email me at badbusiness@gmx.com

This company also let me go after 10 years, they also DBA New Prospect telesales and Affordable Telesales.
