Complaint Review: New Smyrna Beach Harley Davidson

Service department lies about when to expect your repaired bike back, lies about replacing parts they did not.  Turned my bike in for quick service...needed a turn signal switch replaced.  Imagine surprise when my own harley trained mechanic later reveals the old switch still in place...the same one I'd damaged while installing chrome switch caps.  Totally unprofessional service, obviously had no continuity of one bike-one mechanic.  Found out the battery cable, loosened for their service repair (which did not take place) was left loose, stranding me on the road, resulting in a tow charge and another mechanic shop to find the problem.
